Return Window:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: 7 days

Eligibility:

  • Full refund for: Manufacturing defects, print issues, wrong item/color, transit damage

  • Needs: Photos, tags, order number, description

Non-Returnable:

  • Personalized items (unless defective)

  • Worn/used/untagged items

Process:

  1. Email support

  2. Get return auth

  3. Send item with tags

  4. Ship with provided label

Shipping Charges:

  • We pay if it’s our fault

  • You pay for size errors or mind change
